The wait times have gotten much better. I was taken right away on my last two visits. Camille gave me a great fade.

Miss Kay cut my hair last week and did a wonderful job. I received nothing but complements from my family and friends over the holiday. Ill defiantly be back, it was probably the beat hair cut iv had in the last 20 years. Thank you and happy holidays.

Very poor service. I have never written a review before, but this was beyond poor service. I dropped in for my haircut and there were two stylists, one was cutting a clients hair and another was checking out the client she had just finished cutting. I stood in line as the second stylist checked out her client, expecting her to call me back when she was done. There were no other clients waiting. After checking out her client she turned and walked away completely ignoring me. Not even a "I will be with you in a moment." I went ahead and checked in with the automated system. This free stylist then proceeded to clean her station and all of her instruments. Apparently preparing to put them away. Thinking she would call me back when she was done, I waited. All the while she ignored me and, at this point, another client that walked in after me. Once she cleaned her station she then proceeded to sweep the entire place while we waited. Still not acknowledging our presence at all. We waited 10 minutes without any acknowledgment of being there. The client behind me walked out frustrated and I followed behind him. It was obvious that our business was not needed.
